Attributes (generally size and dimensions) added to REGULATORS, BASES and HOUSINGS.
Changed primary keys on CONNECTION_ORIENTATIONS, FILTERS, REGULATORS to be 'code' rather than 'id'-based.
Altered ENQUIRIES to make contact names, addresses and contact mechanisms explicit within the enquiry rather than using the general contact mechanism.
Seed Data:
Changed 'code' values for HOUSING_TYPES, METER_TYPES, REGULATOR_TYPES and SERVICE_PRESSURES to match their descriptions.
Documentation:

PASSWORDS - holds history of passwords for parties
ACCESS_CONTROLS - hold page, item / role information for authorization purposes.
Modified tables:
ENQUIRIES - meter size removed. Replaced by foreign key to METER_SIZE_CODES.
COSTS - includes AICO_CODE and DESCRIPTION for use as cost details for Additional Items.

Created new directory structure to hold persistent data. Currently includes Data/Seed for base table values and Data/Demo to populate various party and relationship tables.
