After some clarification on AMR/EMS and removals from GW have updated the bespoke or standard workflow so that we can automatically quote for EMS and for certain removal jobs (LP Diaphragm, LP Rotary/Turbine <=6")

Draft 3 for first internal review.

Added state diagrams, tidied up the 'automatic or manual' flow chart.
Removed some text added in Draft 2 in response to Nitin Sharma comments where the comments were incorrect/unclear.
Removed reference to Blue Book, etc. terminology for 'jobs', etc.

Made a further load of changes for the 2nd draft of the document, these changes include a review from FH. GW had also sent through a couple of usefully looking files in the caveats and the bluebook, we'll need to reference both these at some stage.

made some initial changes after NG Metering and IS had reviewed draft 1 of the spec. I've worked through their comments down to the end of Section 2, but there are a few more questions required before everything is clear, including some sort of bun fight over the system security and whether it should be in the spec to any real detail

finished off the answers provided by Gareth via my email to him on the 05/09/2007 ,questions 2,3 and 4. Note I have also added some text to the design document that Andy is working on so that the conversion for Qmax to a meter size is not lost.

modified in line with Gareth's response to our questions 20th Aug. Not all the info he gave us was enough to finish the spec off, but there are changes right through the document. Will need to revise Andy's question flow diagrams as this may not work as expected.

Altered the stylesheet for 'Heading 1' in webmipfunctionalspec.odm to show each heading on a new page. Restructured some of fs_process.odt. Reformatted documents for typographical consistency e.g. replacing '. ' with '. ' and ' :-' with ':'.

Amended the bespoke_or_standard_job.odg diagram to refer to 'automatic' and 'manual' quote to be consistent with terms used in other documentation.

Added a bit more to the main process section (clarified a few things), added a definition drawing for how the system determines whether the quote is going to be automatic or not. Added a pdf to show how they determine whether a job needs a site survey or not. Also added some stuff in the users section (this is sort of finished although some more security wording would not go amiss)
