Added gen_mandatory.prc - generates packages to provided mandatory field checks. Schema: Changed primary key of ENQUIRIES to an ID (also made sequence ENQU_SEQ available). Changes ENQUIRIES.CONSUMER_NAME to FIRST_CONTACT_NAME.
