c8df34d5a2 Altered Screen (page 32) so that the duplicate Access Password (Access Password2) has been removed also Switched back on validation processes as follows: 
* EXISTING METER ASSET PROVIDER
 * Agent Contact Mech Val limit 240
 * Meter Asset Provider Limit to 210
 * Job Description Limit to 500 Chars
 * IP Details Limit to 250

Also move all validations that test the limit of characters to the top of the process order so that they are run before our call to AH's validation check, this way it prevents the system from raising an error if we pass a sting that is too big for AH's validation procedure.  They now all start in from sequence 455 onwards.

Also worth mentioning that the Menu list has also been repaired it now includes the Edit Enquiry and Create Enquiry menu options again.

93079d1656 altered in relation to ticket #519, the code was removing all drawings in the workspace, rather than just the current application. Removed redundant reference to the Init procedure at the start of the package and removed default value for the flow id so that the user must supply a correct flow_id.

8598e5adfa altered in relation to issue #519, where the install script bulkloaded all the drawings to the wrong flow id (the default of 155) and prevented any of them appearing in the production system.

e1ec77e9f9 Altered install scripts so that UAT and LIVE do not look for the apua.ctl file (this is now handled in seed data directory). Also fixed for ticket #517 AssociateSchema.sql and SetSubstitution.sql scripts so that they only update the current application rather than all the applications in the current workspace.

0b789a4fe8 new lead times used to fix #516, webMIP will now consider all diaphragm modules that have a qmax > than 1468 (the limit of U16). Fix also contains a fix in lead time value for Tubine MP OFMAT jobs.

95adef7c41 latest bulk load 'Just' before go live, Note this bulkload change does create some errors in the costs table that can be ignored, the NGM team have tried to specify some labour costs for 25mm (Flange size) meters, there are no 25mm meters in the system and the MESC table does not have any reference to a meter size of '25mm', you can ignore the FK errors in relation to this when completing the bulk load.

1e79598e18 Fix for #503(SC2023) removed AMR from cost breakdown, had to add an extra routine to tidy up the cost list as the code is quiting as soon as a blank cost is found as AMR is often in the middle the pdf was only displaying the first few cost items and when the spot where AMR would have been was reached the code exited.

96ef45a770 Partial fix for #498 (SC7001) removed gap in description of works on cost page of quote, caveats now on one line for contact_sum, contract_sum_qa and also added contract_sum caveat to total cost on cost page. Still need to change code on datalogger caveat such that it looks up the enquiry to see if one was specified.

a776069554 removed code to put lifting gear caveat on for contract sum and total costs on quotes as this was an inappropriate change, we already handled the caveat, although NGM don't like the position it appears in. Moved the contract sum caveats up a little so it looks a little better on the quote.

added condition to the TRIPARTITE validation so that it will only run if there are no other errors to display.  This is because the missing postcode was causing this validation to fail with the reported error message.

1d3d54f79c added code to the request for quote process on the enquiry screen such that it raises an exception (above) if the user has already requested a quotation, this displays an error message that is understandable. Fix for #482(SC1011)
