Reverted back (manually) my changes in response to Gareth's answer to question 4 on the original questions I sent him. In a phone call today he subsequently reversed his decision! :) So I've put back all the references to the standard job types.

modified in line with Gareth's response to our questions 20th Aug. Not all the info he gave us was enough to finish the spec off, but there are changes right through the document. Will need to revise Andy's question flow diagrams as this may not work as expected.

Altered the stylesheet for 'Heading 1' in webmipfunctionalspec.odm to show each heading on a new page. Restructured some of fs_process.odt. Reformatted documents for typographical consistency e.g. replacing '. ' with '. ' and ' :-' with ':'.
...
Amended the bespoke_or_standard_job.odg diagram to refer to 'automatic' and 'manual' quote to be consistent with terms used in other documentation.
