2920f4d016 Scheme Changes: 
Replaced Access_Controls with APEX_AUTHORISATION
Created POSTCODES, ERROR_LOGS and SYSTEM_CONFIGURATION.
Added missing columns to ENQUIRIES, REGULATORS, etc.
Added views V_PROFILE_RT_CODE_FOR_ENRO.vw, V_PARTY_RELATIONSHIPS.vw, V_LATEST_RT_CODE_FOR_ENRO.vw.

Modules:

Added cout_err.pck, cout_system_configuration.pck.

Added Data/Demo files

f730298583 Enquiry datafields mapping and mandatory/optional spreadsheet: Added extra job type columns, in is now has all the jobtypes described in the functional spec appendix data items. Have worked though all the way down to Model Code/Number row 48 (I think). Need to back fill the rows on the columns that I have added

f174ac7747 Schema Changes: 
Attributes (generally size and dimensions) added to REGULATORS, BASES and HOUSINGS.
Changed primary keys on CONNECTION_ORIENTATIONS, FILTERS, REGULATORS to be 'code' rather than 'id'-based.
Altered ENQUIRIES to make contact names, addresses and contact mechanisms explicit within the enquiry rather than using the general contact mechanism.

Seed Data:
Changed 'code' values for HOUSING_TYPES, METER_TYPES, REGULATOR_TYPES and SERVICE_PRESSURES to match their descriptions.

Documentation:
Updated Documentation/Design/DatabaseItemToFunctionalSpecificationReference.xls in line with schema changes.

Demo Data:
Includes modules and related data from the MIP140306 Access database.

63161f1e4a Added Documentation/Design/DatabaseItemToFunctionalSpecificationReference.xls as a cross reference between table columns and Functional Specification appendix data items. Incomplete - requires completion of mandatory column information. 
Schema Modifications: Removed column 'Outlet Pressure' from ENQUIRIES table.

e18a8f6cb7 Removed 'not null' requirements from ENQUIRIES table to allow the saving of an incomplete enquiry. 
Corrected Data/Seed/enrt.ctl and Data/Seed/part.ctl to allow enquiry roles to be loaded.

376b2f635a MH wanted a reference to the save button in the process map workflow diagram. Have added a decision box (Save?)to represent this, yes and no both go to the same place.

e7d337ecfe Part way through updates for Draft 3. 
Added Security Checklists into fs_appendix_security_checklist.odt;
Clarified wording used in the Scope by removing unknown terminology used for description of jobs, etc.
Added Business Rules section to fs_process.odt, this includes short descriptions of Tripartite Agreement and Pricing.
Reshaped fs_usersandsecurity.odt to include 'System Security' referencing the security appendix (fs_appendix_security_checklist.odt).
Updated fs_appendix_system_data.odt in line with design work on the main entities and their attributes.
Removed question 9a (Booster/Compressor) from QuestionnaireFlowchartFromFlipChart.odg as this question no longer appears to be required.

8a59d6df06 made some initial changes after NG Metering and IS had reviewed draft 1 of the spec. I've worked through their comments down to the end of Section 2, but there are a few more questions required before everything is clear, including some sort of bun fight over the system security and whether it should be in the spec to any real detail
