de702b1743 GW sent through a new spreadsheet with expected data to upload, so I've made a few minor changes to Appendix b to reflect these. Also mention the regional postcode pricing will be used by webMIP

79d6ce025b Turned on Outline numbering in the master document. 
Modified styles 'Heading 9' and 'Heading 10' so that they could be used for appendixes.

ef398d52ce Jo reviewed the 1st draft of the document, so changes made in pretty much all section, updated questionnaire diagrams so they look a little neater.

0eb80a1f2f modified in line with Gareth's response to our questions 20th Aug. Not all the info he gave us was enough to finish the spec off, but there are changes right through the document. Will need to revise Andy's question flow diagrams as this may not work as expected.

8d5f0f137c Altered the stylesheet for 'Heading 1' in webmipfunctionalspec.odm to show each heading on a new page. Restructured some of fs_process.odt. Reformatted documents for typographical consistency e.g. replacing '. ' with '. ' and ' :-' with ':'. 
Amended the bespoke_or_standard_job.odg diagram to refer to 'automatic' and 'manual' quote to be consistent with terms used in other documentation.

270e70467c Added a bit more to the main process section (clarified a few things), added a definition drawing for how the system determines whether the quote is going to be automatic or not. Added a pdf to show how they determine whether a job needs a site survey or not. Also added some stuff in the users section (this is sort of finished although some more security wording would not go amiss)

29839dfc74 Updated the process to cover the meter selection and some of the quote details, updated the scope and communications sections with stuff as I'd worked through the process document. Also refined the process map diagram (changed one process box)

057ad392e3 Works completed at home, Started system process, added various notes to other sections, build an ugly initial system process diagram. Had a bit of a think about scope, although the cost of the project may mean that this gets padded out a lot more, also added photo picture of DH&GW's flipcharts of the data required for the questionnaire.
