824ac1cf55 altered the id reference on the click method of the login function as APEX 3.1 automatically assigns it's own id on html buttons, overwriting our originals

dbcb349c45 Addresses #269, #280, #306. 
Add processing to make it clearer which application build has been produced and to link the schema with the correct application (AssociateSchema.sql, SetSubstitution.sql, bulk_load.sql and InstallMIP.cmd)

Changes to schema: METERS now have 'MESC_CODE'. Associated changes in the bulk_load routines and initial changes to mip_quotation.pck (needs confirmation testing).

b2bb81d22c Attempt to set the system name during bulk_load.sql. 
Changes to constraint messages in comsg.ctl.
Attempt to associate the new schema with the workspace in AssociateSchema.sql.

aab27144a0 Remove timestamp from output of mip_friendly_messages.pck 
Add constraint to regi_enqu_exclusions to prevent both enquiry and additional items being recorded on the same row.

Allow schema to be passed to apex_auto_install.rb.
