PriestJ 270e70467c Added a bit more to the main process section (clarified a few things), added a definition drawing for how the system determines whether the quote is going to be automatic or not. Added a pdf to show how they determine whether a job needs a site survey or not. Also added some stuff in the users section (this is sort of finished although some more security wording would not go amiss) ...
