1190dfb87e Changed mandatory packages (mip_mandatory.pck and gen_mandatory.prc) to produce label conditions for the enquiry screen. 
Expose addon_allowed in mip_tripartite.pck.

a40b896dd5 fix for ticket #365, the code was trying to get the supplier address changed this to the agent address, also the code was never going to get an address as the call to get the address occurred before we got the supplier/agent ids, so it was always passing a null as the supplier/agent id.

63a5951bd1 for ticket #354, set the apau.ctl control file to accurately reflect the page security model. Removed the file from the different builds and updated the seed version of the file. Now we'll have one consistent file for all builds.

eee0364f94 Ensure that only 'current' modules and meters are selected (mip_quotation.pck). 
Where valid from is null in new meters, set the valid from to the start of the day on which they are loaded (mip_bulk_load.pck).

320ce75fcf Changes made for BulkLoad information provided by Gareth on 5th March (new bas_dwg/102M.jpg, csv exports) 
New package mip_debug_constants.pks to be used to store compilation constants for debugging purposes (packages to use pl from mip_debug).

mip_quotation.pck modified to support exchanges based on being provided with an existing model rather than meter size. Changes to the DATAITEM_ROLES.csv to support this new field, impact on mandatory rules captured by mip_helper_special_cases.pck

261d8747bd In def test_01_edit_parties_screen_appears use a containing match for the supplier to cope with unusual naming of the edit link. 
In def test_02_edit_users use the 'next' link to find the SuppAgent1 user as they appear in the second page of results. Also, the second login is amended to SuppAdmin1.

9265f564c7 updated css for bug #337 the css. Fixed by commenting out the offending line of css. I think (not am not absolutely sure) that the reason the line exists is is that Oracle expected APEX to always render in quirks mode and this was an alignment fix, however we need to render in standards mode due to the NG css we've nicked

063f476b5d altered parties report on edit party so that there are no spaces in the anchor name, this seemed to be causing a problem for watir, it could not find the link (suspect it was trimming the anchors in the html so we could never reference it). The space should be replaced by a _ now.
