1190dfb87e Changed mandatory packages (mip_mandatory.pck and gen_mandatory.prc) to produce label conditions for the enquiry screen. 
Expose addon_allowed in mip_tripartite.pck.

db78bf5c4c DatabaseItemToFunctionalSpecificationReference.xls - renamed METY_CODE to EXISTING_METY_CODE, included DISPLAY_SEQUENCE to be used in the generation of emails, etc. 
Minor internal changes to operation of cout_assert.pck and cout_err.pck.
mip_quotation.pck - made validation routines open to external processes. Added enquiry entry details to manual quotes.

Schema - Removed data_items table and amended data_item_roles to support display_sequence requirements.

d79dcfa1fe Updated mip_regions.pck to include a reference to the source information. 
mip_quotation.pck now able to produce 'module' part of install quotes - missing labour costs.
gen_mandatory.prc modified to pass more of the 'condition' information into the application.

d353843a77 Modify gen_mandatory.prc to only process non-null field-names. 
Modify mip_regions.pck to expose get_region_for_postcode.

Check-in ongoing work with mip_quotation.pck.

1649327e45 Missing l_rec in code generated by gen_mandatory.prc for MIP_HELPER. 
Ensure that MIP_HELPER is generated prior to reference.

b736bb6136 Modules: 
Added cout_assert.pck - provides assertion utilities.
Added cout_err.pck - 'standard' error logging utilities.
Added gen_mandatory.prc - generates packages to provided mandatory field checks.

Schema:
Changed primary key of ENQUIRIES to an ID (also made sequence ENQU_SEQ available).
Changes ENQUIRIES.CONSUMER_NAME to FIRST_CONTACT_NAME.
Added tables DATA_ITEMS and DATA_ITEM_ROLES to support Modules/gen_mandatory.prc.
