320ce75fcf Changes made for BulkLoad information provided by Gareth on 5th March (new bas_dwg/102M.jpg, csv exports) 
New package mip_debug_constants.pks to be used to store compilation constants for debugging purposes (packages to use pl from mip_debug).

mip_quotation.pck modified to support exchanges based on being provided with an existing model rather than meter size. Changes to the DATAITEM_ROLES.csv to support this new field, impact on mandatory rules captured by mip_helper_special_cases.pck

80ee944d42 The logic that defined how the IP Details/IP Mbar fields were to be validated was incorrect. The DATAITEM_ROLES.xls spreadsheet states that only IP Details field needs to be mandatory when service pressure is IP, the IP mbar field is optional.

dbcb349c45 Addresses #269, #280, #306. 
Add processing to make it clearer which application build has been produced and to link the schema with the correct application (AssociateSchema.sql, SetSubstitution.sql, bulk_load.sql and InstallMIP.cmd)

Changes to schema: METERS now have 'MESC_CODE'. Associated changes in the bulk_load routines and initial changes to mip_quotation.pck (needs confirmation testing).

d84c15b824 altered code for OM-3 as it was referring to 'CAPACITY CHANGE' rather than 'CHANGE CAPACITY'. This meant for 'Capacity change jobs' that the users were not being forced to enter the ip details when a service pressure of IP was selected. Fix for ticket #270

1f0c8e4f90 Address #303 - removed <br> from friendly constraint messages. 
Amend Qmax values defined within MESC.ctl
Fix bulk_load errors related to loading drawings through MIP_FILES
Amend mip_quotation to produce labour costs where meter size or service pressure is not a cost constraint.
Amend mip_quotation email messages.
Perform additional compilations during install to account for dependency links.
Make meter dimensions optional (mip.tab)

8f66c71974 Created a virus scanning procedure. 
Download file to server, perform AV check, re-import whatever's left.  If the file isn't there, delete it from MIP as it may be malicious.

aab27144a0 Remove timestamp from output of mip_friendly_messages.pck 
Add constraint to regi_enqu_exclusions to prevent both enquiry and additional items being recorded on the same row.

9e3cf59e6b fixed mam bug. Altered the way mam text is gotten, now uses the quotation_text column rather than the description. Added text for logger caveat. Altered hunt group number to the correct number.

62f5351697 Altered code to handle extra caveat condition when a logger exists and the job is a std removal, removal or adversarial then the caveat appears at the bottom of the caveats page list of caveats. Removed references to the ventilation values on the caveats page also at GW's request. Will need to run through a bit more testing and also add the text for the logger caveat once GW provides it.

224e841305 Add module Qmax to bulk load process and quotation generation. 
Add tripartite_agreement_message to mip_quotation.pck (supported by mip_tripartite.pck). Produces a message when enquiry does not meet tripartite requirements.

Removed extraneous role types for Seed/prtp.ctl and Seed/rt.ctl.

12f2693a5c Changes to schema and code to place 'id' as PK field in quote_events and enquiry_events as part of ticket #78. 
Changed BULK_LOAD.xls to have two tabs to represent costs. Also includes QMAX against module - none of these changes are represented in the current code.

Modules/compile.sql: Correction to 'report' query.

Schema/ext...: Check whether external tables have been defined before attempting to drop them.

Schema/v_...: Force creation of views that rely on PL/SQL code. Explicitly name the column returned by V_QUOTE_DETAILS.vw so that the comments can be applied.

f7bdbda3bd Fixed exchange PDF bug (too few parameters). Added code to report 2 different table 1's, one for LP jobs and one for MP jobs. Adjusted the layout of some of the pages so that the caveats will all fit on one page.
