3dcee7fb94 Latest version of BULK_LOAD.xls exported as CSV files, changes to syco.ctl file. 
Modified mip_bulk_load.pck to convert '"' to 'inch' in meter size codes imported from LABOUR_COSTS.csv.

224e841305 Add module Qmax to bulk load process and quotation generation. 
Add tripartite_agreement_message to mip_quotation.pck (supported by mip_tripartite.pck). Produces a message when enquiry does not meet tripartite requirements.

Removed extraneous role types for Seed/prtp.ctl and Seed/rt.ctl.

ee3dcd0ad9 Alter bulk_load routines to match discussions with Gareth regarding costs. 
Added 'quotation_text' and 'contact_text' to regions, to be used during quote document generation.

12f2693a5c Changes to schema and code to place 'id' as PK field in quote_events and enquiry_events as part of ticket #78. 
Changed BULK_LOAD.xls to have two tabs to represent costs. Also includes QMAX against module - none of these changes are represented in the current code.

a3765e8f3c mip_quotation.pck - create quote entries for manual quotes. Automatic quotes call PDF build routine. Mark automatic quotes as available.

c9c4299917 mip_bulk_load.pck - initial stage of producing bulk load routines. 
mip_quotation.pck - move bases and housings from main 'install' query to allow a more comprehensive 'reasoning' to be produced. Removed references to 'logger' for 'install'. Added 'lifting gear' to all 'install' quotations.
