PriestJ 9265f564c7 updated css for bug #337 the css. Fixed by commenting out the offending line of css. I think (not am not absolutely sure) that the reason the line exists is is that Oracle expected APEX to always render in quirks mode and this was an alignment fix, however we need to render in standards mode due to the NG css we've nicked ...
