Updated the additional item costs screen (page 19) so that meter type, meter size etc. can be associated with additional item costs and are now viable options for cost filters. AH will use this when deriving the purging costs. Also changed the Caveat maintenance screens so that caveats associated with additional items can be displayed conditionally based on the cost. ...
