made changes to enquiry screen so that files can be uploaded. Altered Menu(added create enquiry). Altered no tabs template, css and images so that NG Communications would be happy with the spacings, look and feel etc. Altered required label with help template so that it displays an asterisk for required fields.

Altered Treelist template so that the menu items list value is recorded as a name attribute on the anchor that performs the page redirection. This allows us to easily navigate the menu items using watir (i've created a default method menu), you simply enter something like, menu('Enquiries'), into your watir script to call a menu item

Saved in the new menu code, also changed the autoinstall for the test environment so that it will dynamically call the sql export scripts for apex rather than using a hardcoded string.

Altered test install scripts so that the script now runs a watir script that installs the webmip test application onto apex. At this point in time it only installs the application export file (the CSS,theme and pictures have to be installed manually). This means we can now automatically install a test instance of webmip.

Altered install scripts to add a base user in the seed data. Also altered install script to correctly accept a 6th parameter. Edited mip_security.authorize so that if no data is returned the system returns false.

Enquiry datafields mapping and mandatory/optional spreadsheet: Added extra job type columns, in is now has all the jobtypes described in the functional spec appendix data items. Have worked though all the way down to Model Code/Number row 48 (I think). Need to back fill the rows on the columns that I have added

Schema Changes: Attributes (generally size and dimensions) added to REGULATORS, BASES and HOUSINGS. Changed primary keys on CONNECTION_ORIENTATIONS, FILTERS, REGULATORS to be 'code' rather than 'id'-based. Altered ENQUIRIES to make contact names, addresses and contact mechanisms explicit within the enquiry rather than using the general contact mechanism.

mip_files package, contains export_table_to_csv function. This is used for the data export function of webMIP. The export_table_to_csv is called from an APEX screen, and it creates a CSV file for downloading.
