Altered code to handle extra caveat condition when a logger exists and the job is a std removal, removal or adversarial then the caveat appears at the bottom of the caveats page list of caveats. Removed references to the ventilation values on the caveats page also at GW's request. Will need to run through a bit more testing and also add the text for the logger caveat once GW provides it.

altered menu item so that supplieradmin don't get the create enquiry menu option, you must now have 'A' all access to page 32 (enquiry) before you get this menu option, if you have 'R' read access you won't get the create enquiry option also hidden if it's not in progress. Have altered create enquiry so it's available when the enquiry is not 'INP'

Fixed exchange PDF bug (too few parameters). Added code to report 2 different table 1's, one for LP jobs and one for MP jobs. Adjusted the layout of some of the pages so that the caveats will all fit on one page.

Modules/mip_helper_special_cases.pck - correction to rule OM-4 Modules/mip_quotation.pck - add prty_id and owner_prty_id to quote status procedures to record the relevant roles. Add debug routine 'pl' to write a log file of processing. Tidy-up email wording. Modules/mip_regions.pck - convert given postcode to uppercase before processing. Modules/mip_virus_check.pck - started work on the virus checking module. So far, just have the ability to write a document to the filesystem. Added new directory, 'WEBMIP_VIRUS' to store these files in.

Enquiry screen:added some cosmetic changes, request for quote button now hidden when not required and passes the enquiry id to matts select-a-quote screen. Screen is now read-only when enquiry moves out of "in progress"
